Q. Why has my Currency Pass been declined for transactions? 

Please call Card Services on 1800 098 231 - for security reasons, we do not have visibility of your transactions so using the form below means we will only be able to respond with this same phone number to call.

Q.I loaded my Currency Pass using bank transfer, why hasn't my card been loaded yet? 

Bank transfers take 1-2 business days to load onto your card. This excludes weekends and public holidays. So, for example, if you transferred your funds on a Friday, this may not appear on your card until late Monday or Tuesday (Australian Eastern Standard Time). If it's been more than 2 business days, please call Card Services on 1800 098 231 rather than the form below as only Card Services can assist. For instant loads, please use debit or credit card as the payment method.

Q. I have been locked out of my Travel Money Oz account during login, how can I login? 

Please use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password and regain access to your account.
